Ssild Without The Mini Cycles

Is it ok to try it without the mini cycles before?

is it ok to take a small break form ld?

how long should a quick one be?

Sometimes after I do SSILD, i go to sleep thinking I did badly or something and I won't ld. How do I get over these thoughts.

Thank you. BTW, I was wondering, if I try SSILD and then wake up again an hour after doing it and it doesn't work, would you recommend trying it again?
