Anybody Get This When Lucid Dreaming

in the morning on weekends when I naturally lucid dream (i wake up then fall asleep quickly) i can often feel my body in the dream and outside the dream at the same time. i can sometimes see in real life and in the lucid dream as well (the dream is in my imagination and at the back of my mind, to make it so the dream is the main thing in my mind i have to focus and that means my real life vision is at the back of my mind).anybody else get this?

It's an odd sensation, like you're in two bodies at once.
