Ugh... i was doing SSILD after WBTB today... i did it like 20 times in a row and i couldn't fall asleep at all.. needless to say i didn't get an LD

I had no success today either... my thoughts were interrupting me too many times, i couldn't focus on SSILD for some reason... I also woke up a little earlier f

I did a WBTB + SSILD again today and got an LD yet again Althrough now it was directly induced by me after i was in SP after waking up... but still

I tried this technique with WBTB today and i got an LD Not sure if this SSILD helped or not, maybe it would've happened without it as well, but it's not hard t
